Doing Clerkship/Preinternship/elective in Hongkong

Hi, I am a foreign student studying MBBS in china. My four years of studies is due to fininsh next month. I was wondering if there is any chance of getting a clerkship/preinternship/elective in Hongkong or if anyone knows of someone who has tried it.
