Sorry for the disappointment 🙂. I was going to start another thread about what to do if one falls behind, but that may disappoint you even more. Maybe you should take a break from reproductive phys for a while.

G6pd: thanks. I am just worried that the questions may get harder on the real thing and that would screw it up.
 
I think I must not be comprehending the strategy. Why would it help manage time better by going from #48 --> #1 as opposed to 1 --> 48? What is the difference?
 
The clock during the exam counts down. Let's say you're on question 32 with 26 minutes to go. How much time can you spend on the remaining questions? Less than a minute? More than a minute? Wasting time trying to figure it out aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand PANIC! Hyperventilate. Poop self.

But if you're going backwards from 48 on down, you could be on question 32 with 26 minutes to go and instantly know that you have less than a minute per question and can then correctly pace yourself.
