I was just wondering if doing your pre-reqs at a community college or a lower tier university will have any affects on getting accepted into pharmacy. Basically I feel like the pharmacy schools will see that courses taken might be somewhat easier at those schools than at higher tier universities such as like uhmm.... Harvard? Anyone get into pharm school out of a community college or a small public university? thanks

I had heard that schools prefer you do your science and math pre-reqs at a university, but after I got in to pharm school I met a few people who had done ALL their pre-reqs at community college. The people I met had a lot of other things going for them, such as a previous degree from a university, very good grades, and lots of previous pharmacy work experience.
