Is it obvious to ADCOMs that you recycled info from other secondary apps?

Like if I got a secondary Monday morning that required an essay and I submitted a beautifully written APPLICABLE piece by Tuesday is that a good thing or a bad thing?

It's fine. Don't overthink this.

The quicker the better. Some programs look at it as an expression of interest if a secondary is complete within two week of receiving it. The only problem with submitting to quickly is typos and errors, that would hurt you. Otherwise getting it done quick is better for everyone. Like ripping off a band aid.

ok. my intention is for it to show interest

but on the flipside it could also show indifference, as i'm not pouring out my heart like fresh liver for a school. it's leftovers. this is the feeling i'm scared of

The time taken to submit an application is affected by so many things that it's useless to read anything into it.

The quality of your secondary is way more important than the speed at which you turn them in. If you can get an excellent secondary turned in an hour after you got it in, it will not hurt you in the slightest.

Quick turnaround doesn't necessarily mean someone copied-and-pasted from a different secondary. What if that person just got the prompts early and pre-wrote the answers?

it's mid october ...you should aim to have the secondaries done as soon as humanly possible because you are way behind. stop worrying about silly things that noone will even notice
