1) if a person is Blood type O Rh +. What types of blood can u give him ?

O Rh- and O Rh+ ?

2) If you give the wrong blood type to a person, what happens?

Do the host antibodies attack the donor blood or vice versa ?

1) Yes

2) Assuming you're talking about ABO mismatch: acute febrile haemolytic reaction. Fever, chills and flank pain are common. And yes, host antibodies attack the RBCs. If you're type A, then you have anti-B floating in your blood. If you give B blood to that person, his or her (host) anti-B bind to the RBC surfaces.
