hello everybody,

i have just taken the dat but i didn't destroy it like i was hoping my scores were:

PA: 19
GC: 19
Bio: 17
OC: 16
QR: 15
AA: 17.

my GPA is 3.6 and my science is 3.74 so do guys think i have a chance?

Eh... the sciences don't look that great. The 16 in OC might hurt you, and the QR score is a little low. I'd retake.

With your GPA, if you could get avg 19 across...I think you will be get in for sure somewhere. You OC & QR is probably low to be competitive.

I think you should let these scores ride but to be honest you will probably have to do a retake. Best bet is to take the test in June or July and focus on getting your personal statement and AADSAs submitted by late May.

If it were in any other subjects i'd say leave it, but the problem is schools weigh heavily on your sciences.

the problem is that i am applying this year. i didn't study very well for the test. i graduate in may and my grades in all the science classes are great i was actually shocked to see my scores in oc and qr i mean while i was taking the test i thought that they were easy. its the strangest test ive taken in my life.
