Don't know much about county programs

Hey guys,

I tried to do some searches on the forums and online and haven't found a great explanation. Can someone help me understand what it means to be a county program, and what to expect? I didn't get a chance to rotate at any this year, but am interested in checking out some of the programs. Any help would be appreciated.
