Don't know where to start with ExamKrackers Verbal 101 book.

I borrowed the book 101 Passages in MCAT Verbal Reasoning by ExamKrackers from my library. It looks like it's an older version, since the tests are 85 minutes long.

There are 11 tests and I'll do all of them. I've been trying with Kaplan and its strategy but it doesn't seem to help me. I've taken three Kaplan FL and on verbal I've gotten 9, 10, and 8.

How can I do these ExamKracker tests correctly? Should I only do 7 passages? How long should I set the time for?

7 passages in 60 minutes. Try to keep it around 40 questions.

40-40 = 15
39-39 = 14
37-38 = 13
35-36 = 12
33-34 = 11
30-32 = 10
28-29 = 9
26-27 = 8
23-25 = 7
20-22 = 6
18-19 = 5
15-17 = 4
13-14 = 3
9-12 = 2
0-8 = 1
