MD Don't know whether to retake or apply to some low tier schools and DO?

Just got back my MCAT score today and it wasn't the best. I got a 503 (124/125/126/128) and I'm really worried about whether the 124 in c/p will effectively ruin any chances of getting in this time. I am a female URM and a Nebraska resident.
I was just thinking of applying to UNMC, Howard, Meharry, Morehouse, Loyola, Rosalind Franklin, Wayne State, and Oakland Beaumont. If I even should apply, what other schools would you recommend?
I'd be grateful for any input.

You haven’t provided enough information for anyone to provide good advice.
1) where do you live(state residency)
2) what URM group to you represent
3) cGPA and sGPA
4) how are your ECs?

I live in Nebraska, and am a AA immigrant from Zimbabwe. cGPA is 3.78 and sGPA is 3.68. ECs are pretty standard.
-Mentored first generation students through my scholarship program for 2 years
-About 50 hours of shadowing
-volunteer at a Cat shelter
-volunteer at a hospital
-worked three jobs
-involved in genetics research
