Don't Procrastinate on Apps

When I was applying to colleges, a lot of people told me not to procrastinate on apps and never explained what they meant by that. What it means is you should preferably be done with your apps by the time school starts in the fall (and if you haven't taken the SAT, simply submit that later). Have everything ready by the time school starts and if you are applying to a school with a later opening time than the Common App, you should be able to fill it out within 24 hours.

If you didn't approach teachers about Letters of Rec in the spring, it should be you first priority when going back to school. You should be completely done FAR before the actual closing date of the app.

Ask me anything about the process, but know that it's a horrible, unknowable process and there's no surefire way to make it not suck.
