I know DOs have no problems getting internal medicine residencies, but I was wondering if they have any trouble specializing afterwards (which is something match lists dont show). Those that do specialize, do the majority of them do so at DO fellowships or MD fellowships?

Is it possible to do a MD residency then a DO fellowship or vis versa?
