Dose constraints for 7 Gy x 10 hypofractionation for a lung tumor

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Yes. I was just going to use 15 fx constraints. Didn't know if I was missing the boat on something. Thanks.

I'm firing up the old 70Gy in 17 fraction regimen for the first time for a central moderate sized tumor. Any suggestions for constraints to the aorta/bronchial tree from the people who have used this before? They were not specified in CALGB 39904

Here are MDACC's recommendations, and our institutions are listed below as well.

For vessels, I use extrapolation from this
Aorta max 70 Gy, D0.5cc < 67.5 Gy
PA seems a little more sensitive, so I try to keep it to 64. Of note, 63 Gy gets you a BED of 102

MDACC recommends Max 75 Gy, V50 < 1cc

For Bronchus, I use extrapolation from this
Max < 57 Gy ideally, but will allow as high as 64 Gy (seems EQD2(3) < 130 was fairly safe in the reference)
D1cc < 54 ideal, but will allow as high as 57 Gy.

MDACC recommends Max 60 Gy, V50 < 1 cc

As may have been mentioned above, MDACC recommends these constraints
