It's better than a Biochemistry and Molecular Biology double major. If you think you'll need degrees in both to pursue a specific research area, I suppose go for it, but it would be smarter in that case to choose one and become an undergrad research assistant in a relevant lab instead.
Experience >>> Degree
I wish I had double majored, but I would have chosen a language, history, or writing. Some people double major because they only need to take an extra class or two to get that second degree. The best thing is to double major in vastly different areas, that way many of your general education requirements for both could be covered by the major requirements of the other. For example, I would have loved to take a lot of music classes, but they were all restricted for students majoring in that area.
Theater would be awesome too, acting is a lot of fun and would probably make you a better interviewer.
