My mcat is next friday so I'm trying to think of abstract topics that may be on the test. Is there anything special about a double pendulum that would change when compared to a normal pendulum?

I'm guessing when the amplitude is at a max, the second pendulum should be point towards the center due to conservation of energy and momentum. Other than that, not sure what else would change! Any ideas?

based on my zero experience, my guess would be if they give you a double pendulum they'd want you to be able to calculate the ctr of mass between the 2 and recognize that it's not at the full length L anymore. L slightly shorter since some mass shifted up, period changes.
