submental artery br of facial artery supplying mylohyoid muscle and ant belly of digastric which also rules out aortic arch derivative principle
is this an exception ?

in trochlear nerve damage the sup oblique of ciliary muscle will not function
so how will be the eye movemnt is it downwards or upwards?
