hi , im relatively new here... and am giving my cbt part 1 soon.. wanted to know how much detail biochem are we expected to know..... cause its relly killing me.. are the decks and old papaers adequate or is studying from a text essentail..

If you have time Lippincott's is great for biochem.If you are thorough with the decks and old papers that will be sufficient and u can look into the text/kaplan if you have any doubts.That'll be fine.Good luck

USMLE biochem is very good .if u have time make sure that u go through some topics atleast.
i did not have enough time for that but USMLE (kaplan) books are really good.

Decks r not sufficient atleast for biochem ..It's good if u study from some book(Kaplan is good) before starting with decks..But then this is only my opinion 🙂

thank you for ure suggestion. i did go through most topics from kaplan and lippincott . what about lipid metabolism and nitrogen met.... havnt had time to got hru it in detail ... just know the basics..are they important topics.. should i do them cause im running short of time....
