-What test is the best for Down's screening? 1st trimester combined test, integrated test or quad. test?

-Could you please breakdown the ''integrated test''? what is done to screen with and when should be done?

-If screening is +ve or +ve Hx of Down's in previous generations, nest step is karyotyping (CVS/Amnio), right?
