So a dozen people in my class mailed their certification of ID's about a week or more after I did and they received their confirmations and I HAVE NOT!
i called them and all they say is "we're swamped" which doesn't explain the situation at all.
i dropped 20 bux to overnight it after i felt they lost my original submission out of fear that all the good testing dates are starting to be gobbled up.
