Aloha from hawaii everyone!

Does anyone have any info on dpm/phd programs? I've looked through both kent state and temple's websites and they dont really have any detailed explanation about the program.

I would like to get heavily involved in research/teaching as well as practicing clinically.

Thanks!

I would call the schools and talk to them; pod school websites aren't very good, except for DMU.

Nice! Scholl finally decided to update the information on their website! Thanks 🙂

a Phd can take 4-5 yrs to finish, typically, although Scholl anticipates one to be done in 3 yrs...this is what I was told at my interview. Dr. Joseph, the first to complete a PhD program at Scholl (perhaps in the US-not sure though), is the chair of podiatriac medicine and radiology at Scholl and completed his in 2.75 years! Clearly an exception

Thanks for the info! The program looks awesome. Im just wondering if I'll be able to maintain a 3.5 at Scholl 😛 (3.5 gpa for the p1 year is required to get into the phd program)
