Carbon almost always makes 4 bonds I would have picked C based on that alone but I am still studying the Chemistry portion myself Just curious have you taken any of the practice exams? I'm scoring about 80% on every exam no matter much much I study/review my incorrect answers I just can't seem to improve. Maybe we can help each other out Upvote 0 Downvote
