Why not purchase the package now...I don't believe there is a right time, also from what i have read about the Collins package, you get a free update on the latest content to prepare you for the PCAT. But, if your aiming for Fall '11 enrollment, i would purchase the package next year around January and start studying for the Jan PCAT. Hope that helps...good luck.
