dr. collins vs kaplan

hi guys, i know there has been a whole bunch of dr. collins vs kapaln threads here but im studying for the pcat for august and i was looking through dr collins science material and i realized a lot of the stuff in the package is different from the kaplan material. questions are a little different too.. do u think i shold focus on kaplan's material or dr collins?

also, is it true that dr. collins' verbal is very similar to the actual PCAT? im trying to memorize all the words on the list dr collins gave and im also doing the practice questions and im finidng it easier than kaplan's verbal ability.

Dude. Im using a big kaplan book right now to study. there are typos on almost every page in the chem section. and the organic chem section is only 10 pages 🙁. so i would porbably use dr collins. can u tell me how much money u paid for dr collins please??

haha if u bought the kaplan book from chapters, it sucks!! a LOT. maybe ushould consider enrolling in the class if u need help with the science materil. im taking the course. the course setup isn't great but they give ulots of practice.

i bought Dr. Collins for about $300 including shipping. i haven't really looked through the stuff but if its true what people say about the verbal being really similar to the realy PCAT, i'ld buy it even if it were $1000

When I was studying Dr. Collins packets for the June test, I sometimes found mistakes in the chemistry and math sections. Kaplan is good in that it deals with a wide variety of stuff, but Collins is more condensed. However, I feel the material from Collins can be found in your old textbooks because they are so general.
