Am I understanding this right?

Primary TB-Ghon Complex =no signs/symptoms
Reactivation Ghon complex --Secondary TB= symptoms-Night sweats/Cough/Hemoptysis/weight loss etc?

Primary Pulmonary TB:
1. Ghon focus (initial infection with caseation)
2. Ghon Complex= Ghon focus+Regional (Hilar) Lymphadenopathy
These usually subsides without any symptoms in healthy individuals.
May lead to TB pneumonia if CMI cannot control the infection (immunocompromised) and will lead to symptoms.
Leads to latent TB (90%) once the cseation is "walled off" by CMI.

Reactivation/Secondary Pulmonary TB: Reactivation of latent TB (10%) and in immunocompromised (HIV, DM etc) will cause symptoms and may become chronic if not treated.
