Anyone have tips on how to draw the normal line in these light paths? Ie you have a odd shape and light goes through it and you compare if it's going towards or away from the normal....now I know how to draw a straight line but I can't ever seem to get it 90 degrees it's always a little off....is it just me or what?

I don't know how this relates to the MCAT, but I always use a ruler and line up one of the measuring lines/markers with the shape. If its a circle/curve then with the tangent line at the point
