Does anyone know exactly how the program defines lower socioeconomic/disadvantaged background?
 
I believe you have to be defined as such by AMCAS. This means checking the underrepresented/disadvantaged box and getting a fee waiver. YOu must have applied to medical school and been declared disadvantaged to be eligible.
