So I have the option this fall of doing the Drexel IMS or instead retake a couple of prereq courses and take Biochem (first time) in the spring...which would be the better option for future admission chances? The second choice would improve my undergrad gpa and is much cheaper but the first choice would give the chance to be compared with med students in med school coursework

This is my second app cycle, my stats are 3.2c, 3.1s, 31O

I'm on the fence, any thoughts?

if you can handle the rigor, definitely IMS. one year of SMP will do a lot more for your app then 3 years of undergrad work.
