Hi SDN,

I got accepted to both Drexel and Newark and I am having a lot of trouble deciding between the two. I heard and searched a lot about the Drexel program but not enough on Newark.

Does anyone have any input and insight on the Newark, specifically the Medical Scholar program (seems like the dental scholar is more renowned here). I would like to know if there are any success stories here. It states on their website that they have a direct linkage to NJMS, wondering how likely is that to happen if you fulfill the requirements.

There are tons of success stories. I'm in my second semester now and know a lot of people in the current and previous years who've gotten into allopathic and osteopathic schools (and dental school for dental scholars). The linkage isn't as direct as they advertise and I don't think it leads to a guarantee but they say you'll get an interview if you maintain a 3.5 and 30+ MCAT (510 on the new one I believe).
