Drexel- Roommates

Sup Guys,
I'm looking for one to two roommates (male or female no preference) to get a place near Drexel's Center City campus. I'm 25, male, from Orange County in California, graduated from U.C. Irvine, looking to spend $400-700 for my own room and will be attending the Drexel postbacc program. Ideally, I want someone that is studious but still normal not anal about things.
