Interviewed at Drexel on 11/09, waitlisted via snail mail on 12/11.
Any ideas if Drexel's wait list is prioritized and/or how many are accepted off of it?

called drexel this morning and heres what i got:
-yes, wait list is prioritized
-no, they do not inform you of your position on the list
-no, they do not say how many are accptd off of it

and yes, i was caught completely off guard to have heard so early but good luck to all those waiting, hopefully theres some sort of light at the end of this tunnel.

I interviewed after 10/13 and received my acceptance letter about 2-3 weeks ago.

They said we should hear by 6-8 weeks, although they try for sooner.

"Decision not available" is the default messge. It was there even before the interview invitation. It will stay there even after the invitation until they update with the final decision. No worries.

Blah. Talked to someone in the admissions office today. A decision was made on my application last Thursday and it went into the system today, but the letter of my decision is being mailed out tomorrow. The waiting stinks, oh the humanity!

Same for me. They said they sent out a decision letter about 6 days ago. Weird how it's taking this long to get here. And it took me 2 hours to get to the school for my interview.

I hope mine doesn't take that long. I'm very anxious to hear and they don't update that status page post-interview.

Exactly. But still those are pretty decent odds for the end game. Its about the same for EVMS too I would guess (percentage eventually accepted). So being waitlisted at both schools is not a terrible position to be in. Although i'm still pulling for the Drexel acceptance right up front. 😉

Wait list for me. I'm a little bit frustrated because this year has been a big drain on me and I just want some relief. I thought my interviews went well too, so this is just like I've heard from people: no matter how well you think you did in interviews, you can still get a completely opposite result from what you expect. If anyone knows anything about the Drexel wait list movement, please tell me. I'm at work so I won't have time to use the search button for now. Good luck to the rest of you.
