I have an interview coming up and I was browsing the website for more information etc. Has anyone else noticed that ALL OF A SUDDEN there are pages that require a login and password? This is weird. I can't even get into the page that talks about what to expect for an interview. 😕

Did I miss the email that gives all applicants or interviewees logins and passwords?

I understand they also have a video of Paris Hilton on their website...but you need to subscribe. I got an e-mail about it that also said good things about their penis enlargement clinic. 🙂

Seriously, I have no idea about their website, but chill out you'll be fine. Your interview will be like, "tell me about yourself" and besides I'm sure they tell you anything of interest about themselves when you come to interview. Just chill out and you'll be fine...you're a better candidate than most of their applicants. Know that!

Try http://webcampus.med.drexel.edu

you can check out what to expect for the interview, match lists (very impressive i might add), and a bunch of other things.... all of this can be accessed by clicking on "admissions." Since the interview details are strangely password protected (current students like myself do however have access???), I'll paste below the essentials.

What to Expect
Applicants selected for an interview will receive a letter from the Office of Admissions. Applicants may then call the Office to schedule their day on campus. Interviews are conducted daily, September through April. Plan to be on campus from 9:00 AM to approximately 3:00 PM

As part of your interview day, you will learn about our unique history, philosophy, goals, and programs. You will tour our state-of-the-art facility, be interviewed by a faculty member and a current student (unless you are an applicant to a linkage program), and eat lunch with some of our current students. Our goal for your visit is to allow you to get to know the College of Medicine. We want you to ask questions and become thoroughly acquainted with us. At the same time, we will do our best to get to know you. For more information about the interview, please review our on-line visitors guide at http://webcampus.med.drexel.edu/admissions/visitorsguide.pdf

I was like HUNH! I am a mom now and I think giving birth has made me a lil SLOOOOOW. I actually thought youwere serious until I scrolled down a bit. LOL. I kept thinking...perhaps I didn't explain myself clearly.

Anywho, THANKS for the vote of confidence. You are probably right. Although, it is a bit annoying not to know what pages I have access to with out the password. I'm one of those people that likes to look at curriculum outlines, clinical year rotation courses/curriculum etc and ENVISION myself at at that university at that point in my med school career. But, I probably need to chill out so I am not bored during the interview day. 😀

Thanks so much, Babinski Bob! You rock...

So, the mysterious password protected info is the same information that they sent via snail mail...Ahhh...the mystery is solved.
