dropping a class after academic update

so right now I am taking some inorganic chem class so I can get a minor degree in chem.
but I realized another chem class that I should take to fulfill minor requirement is not going to be offered in spring quarter

so I am thinking about dropping this inorganic chem class before it is too late.
but I am afraid if that will affect my application because I already put this inorganic chem class as one of classes for winter quarter in academic update...

any advices and comments will be appreciated.

i know for some schools they require you to complete what you have stated in your aadsas. call them up and ask.
