But I see people posting on forum that they are good....

I am particulary interested in gyn slides...

they dont cover all subjects...like no obgyn

I don't want for IM...because dont want to look at too many sources, I am doing Premier review for that

What material have u heard thats good for step 3?

i myself am doin premier review and master the boards..
yes theres a lot of publicity for archers ..dont know if they are that good

Archer notes is very good for IM and Gyn, there is no obstetrics in Archer step3 review. decently priced, got it for 100 dollars. I saw some of their video lectures on their blogs, very well explained. But not sure if the entire review will be that very good but like you said there are lot of good recommendations everywhere. I will be going for that live review in June.
I feel I can use Master the boards almost every day to recall important stuff. At this time, I am devoting at least 2 hours a day to master "Master the boards" and one hour each day for CCS preperation
