There was a guy shouting in the street that he is an "Angel" sent by God. Which is the drug?

1) Amphetamine
2) Marijuana


Is that a grandiosity or delusion?

I would say Amphetamines and delusion.

If it was delusion, then it would be Marijuana. FA states that it causes paranoid delusion
