I've never heard of that occuring. I can however see how maybe when students get into the clinic they might be asked to take a drug test. But I'm not sure.
At our school (UConn) if you pissed off the wrong ppl, they would send you for drug testing and counseling...esp if you had a speech impediment.
....Is all of this stuff about Uconn true?
