I heard that pharmacy schools now give random drug tests??? Do any of the florida schools do?? I have nothing to worry about, but I just dont want to pee in a cup every month like I am on probation.
there was recently another thread about this. check it.
In 2002, the US Supreme Court ruled that suspicionless drug testing of students involved in competitive, extracurricular activities is permissible.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that no students in the state may be subjected to suspicionless drug testing.
Beyond those, there are no legal guidelines for suspicionless drug testing of students. Bush is encouraging it as a means to help the drug problem. Like many or all of Bush's suggestions, it's not helping. Groups such as the ACLU and the Drug Policy Alliance are fighting to discourage suspicionless testing and have released research to back up its inefficiency. If you care about such things, consider giving these groups some money.

UF does not drug test. But, when you start rotations or begin an internship, you are treated like an employee and will likely be tested. UF arranged all the testing at one company, so the results come back to the school and then they report it back to the rotation site.
