Hello Everyone,

I'm planning on taking the DAT mid August and just wanted to be as prepared as possible. Well from all the posts i've read so far it seems that testing centers require the use of dry-erase boards.

I was just wondering what I would be able to use to practice. Is it a dry-erase board? laminated paper? Like what can I use to replicate the real thing? and where would I be able to purchase it??

Thanks for the help!! = )

It seems like the testing centers are all a little different. Some use laminated sheets. Some use two sheets, some use three.

Others use a whiteboard.

You may want to call your center or do the test drive, if you are especially concerned.

I personally just laminated two sheets of white paper at Staples and bought some thin Expo brand whiteboard markers.

I need to take my own advice though and call, cause I'm curious as well. Though its not TOO bad getting used to the whiteboard markers. It's just a pain to have to erase when doing QR....

The Test Drive is a good idea or a phone call sounds just right. Make sure to do it earlier because you want to have time for practice!

P.S. I agree erasing is a pain ...
