My partner is applying IM and I am waffling between OBGYN and IM after doing sub-is in both. I've been trying to pick only one since we are couples matching, but I am torn and apps are due this week 😳. (We are both equally strong applicants coming from top 10 med school, 25+ research items in our field, 250+ Step 2, and strong rec letters in both specialties). Would applying both IM and OBGYN at the same institution jeopardize our entire application? Anyone have experience with a similar situation?
