Dual Degree: DMD/MPH

is anyone doing this? i started thinking about this today as a possibility for myself and i was wondering what people who are doing dual degree programs think about it. what benefits does having an MPH have? i'm not too well informed with how it can be put to use, so enlighten me.

I'm really sure, but it would probably qualify you to teach college courses part-time if you have that desire. I'm an environmental health science student, which is a dept in the College of Public Health, and we've had a few MD/MPH part-time instructors. The courses they instructed were specific to their career (i.e., toxicology, occupational medicine, oncology epidemiology, etc.)
