From what I understand you are put into groups when you first arrive on campus. These will be your groups (I think?) throughout the didactic portion of the curriculum. I'm not entirely sure of the dynamics of TBL as it plays out throughout each semester but I do believe I heard that tests are taken individually and immediately following, taken again by the group. This way students are able to engage and discuss with each other the questions and why they came to their own conclusion. I believe that the clinical STEPs program at the end of the semester is an entirely new group with which you will work with throughout that one week stint. Hope that at least somewhat helps.
