Duke Secondary - problems with saving online

Hi there:

Is anyone having problems saving responses on the Duke secondary website? I've already changed my internet options to "every visit to the page," but it still doesn't seem to work. 😕

I had the same problem, every time I'd submit it would appear that my essay uploaded. However, when I would go back to look it over, it was blank. You should try viewing your whole application. There's an option somewhere before you submit it. Even thought I couldn't see the essays I put in when I went back to the individual pages, they were all there when I went to review my application. So you should check that out, good luck.

It was happening to me too.....when I finally submitted it there was only one thing that didn't get saved....I emailed them and they said they will put it in my file.......

i had the same problem but i think it has something to do with going over the character limit. just cut it down and it should be okay. also, i found out after i submitted the thing that my essays were in different fonts. check the style options before you submit.

I forgot about that one.....please check the fonts and style again after you copy/paste your essay....my fonts were messed up on two responses I guess

its a finicky java program that they are using; try saving, then closing and reopening the page; are your updates there now?

Hey guys...

Thanks for all your input and advice.~ I've tried basically everything I can, but it still doesn't want to save my stuff. (I think I've typed in my high school name about a million times...at different computers) Anyway, I've already called up Duke and they're gonna help me solve the problem. But I'm starting to think it's a sign to not bother and save my money. We shall see... we shall see... 😎
