How long is the Curriculum of a College of Osteopathic Medicine?

Just curious, is it the same as being an M.D. ?

Yes. 4 years and in some states, I believe you have do an "extra" years on your residency. This is an intern year. I believe there are 5 states that require this.

yeah is four years the only difference they integate the osteopathic manipulation.
 
As stated above, they are both 4 years.

As you can see -- DO and MD curriculum from these 2 schools are very similar as far as the core classes go (they vary a lot between schools). The main difference (in this case) is the strong DO focus on OMM and mental health.
