I ended up sending more than one request for transcript to one of my universities and they actually sent 2 copies on 2 seperate days to AADSAS and now it's on there twice but I'm sure it's the same thing.

Should I call and tell them to delete one so they don't get confused or is it not worth the risk of them fiddling with my app and taking the chance something could mess up more?

Anyone else have this problem?

Thats probably something pretty rare and I bet they would notice it and only put in the transcript one time. I would def call them to see what's up.

I kind of had the same problem. It showed that I had two copies in from the same school, different dates, although I sent only 1 copy in. I thought the second one that showed up was supposed to be from another school and that they made a mistake. They told me to to wait and someone would contact me regarding it, but of course no one ever did. After I submitted the application, though, the duplicate one got automatically erased.

My transcripts arrived after I submitted and I have 4 transcripts on my list but two are duplicates from 1 schools since I am only suppose to have 3. I know I put in more than one request so I realize I instigated it. I just don't know if it's worth calling them up and trying to get it fixed at the risk of messing it up more or will they just figure it out once they start reading them for gpa verification and then realize it and just toss one out on their own?

I've heard such bad things about AADSAS messing stuff up so I'm thinking it's best just to leave it be?😕

I wouldn't worry about it. I sent in duplicate transcripts last year and started worrying about it. I called aadsas and they said it wouldn't be a problem. It did however cause my application to be sent out 2 weeks later then what it would normally have been. If you applied early then it shouldn't be a problem. hope this helps👍

i sent out three in total from my school. first one was delayed, second one was lost and the third one finally got there but at the end they received two of them and they were just posted twice with different dates but the same information. my applications are sent out already and I'm all good. so dont worry about it 👍

Don't worry about it. I had "transcript received" posted three times at different dates and I only went to one school. They won't post the grades twice.

Yeah I dont think you need to worry because I had sent out couple also. One was without my spring grades, and then one with my spring grades. They ended up using the one with the spring grades...

thanks guys! i think i will just not worry about it then. I'll just let it be and let them sort it out. THey should be able to realize it's a duplicate i"d think
