8 minute drive from Duke (25min to UNC in Chapel Hill) in a small, quiet townhouse community of mostly retirees (location here). The first floor is an open layout, with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath (and semi-private deck). The second floor has three bedrooms, with an en suite master bath and an additional full bath. The third floor is finished, but we’ll probably keep it locked for storage.

Great church playground that welcomes guests right across the street, if you have kids!
Utilities included. Rent negotiable, depending on length of lease. (~$2400-2700/mo).
