Hello! I am looking for two non-somking female roommates to share a beautiful house with me. I have two smaller rooms (about 12 by 12) for rent at $700 each and a bigger room (20 by 14) for rent at $800. The neighborhood is quite and safe and only a few minutes from the mall and the research triangle. Duke and UNC are a short drive away. The house is in a cul-de-sac. I am a very responsible grad student. I enjoy a good time but am not a big partier. I am looking for a likewise responsible roommate.
