Duties of a corrections/prison pharmacist?

I've searched, but only found posts about their salary and etc and not so the much duties.

I'm curious to know whether it is purely a dispensing position?
Or if there are some clinical aspects as well?
Also, why do some say that the risk of litigation is high?

I can't seem to find any information on it.
