Has anyone experienced changes regarding the new rules in duty hours for residents (16hrs for pgy-1 and 24 hours for pgy-2)? I was wondering how that would affect MS3 and MS4 if at all http://www.acgme.org/acwebsite/dutyhours/dh_index.asp?
