Does anyone know how to set up your pager to receive notification when you get e-mails? I've heard some people will do this during sept/oct so that they are aware of interview invites as soon as they receive them. I'm at a site without wireless for the month of september so I'm a bit worried about not being able to check my e-mail throughout the day...

I guess you don't have an iphone, huh?

Supposing you use gmail, you can search for messages from the ERAS notification email. Then, set up a filter and have it forward those messages to your phone as a text message. (you can do this by having it email to [email protected]). Check your phone provider website for the actual address. You'll only be able to see first 140 characters, but you'll then be able log in to check your gmail.
