E-submitting and GPA calculations

Question: my transcripts have been received already by AADSAS, but I haven't e-submitted yet because I'm waiting on one of my supervisors to tell me how many hours I should put for a particular activity. By my not e-submitting today or tomorrow, does that hold up the GPA-calculating process, or does AADSAS just do this anyway?

Last year, they calculated my GPA before I did the e-submit. I assume that by calculating the GPA, it means they verified everything.
