e-submitting before LOR's completed?

I e-submitted my pharmcas app on 8/14 and it lists the mailing date as today - however one of my references still has "in progress" listed. will this mess up my whole application? is it true pharmcas doesnt forward anything else until december?

They will forward your LOR to your schools as soon as they receive it. The update in December is for fall grades and coursework.

Your application won't be complete for schools that need that LOR. However, items are distributed as they enter the PharmCAS office so that there isn't a huge delay.
