hey i just had a question about submitting the app. if i finish up everything on my part of the app and submit but am still waiting on a LOR to come in will PTCAS send my app to schools once it is processed even if the LOR haven't been received yet? or how exactly does that work?

I had to call and ask this exact question before submitting my application. Yes, they will process/send your application to your designated programs. When your LORs are received by PTCAS, they will send them as well.

Call the schools you are applying to and tell them that your LORs have been updated so that they can make sure to have your file marked as complete. Some of the schools may contact you asking for the missing LOR anyway. PTCAS forwards them the LOR, but that may not cause your file to automatically become complete within each individual school's processing steps.
